No, I'm not sure if it was Phish or not! Ha! The flames will quickly spread from that little barb.

Appears that the muzak has been around for awhile ... as have the customer service issues:

Yeah, well, fortunately most folks here can do humor without crib sheets.

The deadnet order issues can be looked at philosophically, as good old GD dysfunction, brought into the 21st century. Of course, I've never had any bad luck with them ... yet. (I'm quite certain that comment will jinx me, and then I won't feel "philosophical" in the least.) And actually, I don't recall difficulties with the old ticket service. On the other hand, there was no Web to spread the word about mind-boggling snafus like Boxgate.

You put it in perspective. I guess I should be thankful for even being able to get one of them. Just wish I wasn't too paranoid about the almighty dollar to listen to it. If I have to keep them I'll sell them at cost. What the hell I didn't pay for shipping. And tip the UPS driver for hoofing all ten to the back porch! Sorry for venting and being ungrateful. I remain. Mickmac.

Yeah, if they insist you keep them or they just don't feel like going through the trouble of getting them back, I'd keep one, sell the rest at face value, then hold onto the money and put it aside for about 5 years, waiting to see if 10 box sets show up on my credit card some random month. If not, give the money to some random charity like special fitting vehicles for transsexuals with dwarfism.
